Dry Needling Therapy
Dry needling uses thin, sterile, single-use needles to target tight bands and trigger points in muscle that are contributing to pain or limiting how you move. It’s commonly used to reduce muscle tension, ease pain, and restore range of motion, and it often reaches deeper tissue than hands-on work alone.
At CB Movement Co., dry needling is never a standalone fix. It’s one tool used alongside hands-on treatment and targeted exercise, so the relief you feel in the session carries over into how you move afterward. It can be especially helpful for stubborn low back and neck pain, hip and glute tension, tendon issues, and the overuse aches that come with running, skiing, and life in the mountains.
What to expect: Most people feel a quick pinch or a brief muscle twitch, followed by a sense of release. Mild soreness for a day or two afterward is normal and usually feels like you had a good workout.
Not sure if dry needling is right for you? We’ll talk through it at your visit, and it’s always your call.
